Bethany Club Tennis family memberships are for ages 22 and older and the couple must reside in the same household. There is an additional $100 one-time new member registration fee.
Family includes married couple and up to four children (21 and under or student)
Each additional child is $50.00
Membership includes unlimited court play and no court fees.
