BETHANY CLUB TENNIS COURT UPDATE AS OF 5/3/2024
Just when it looked as though we were almost ready…for a great new tennis season.
We hired an outside court construction company to level the courts, drop the new surface and install new lines…all was on schedule and low and behold the pump to the well (and possibly the well), went up.
According to the experts (and lots have been here!), it was probably struck by lightning.
The court surface was laid, they went to turn on the sprinklers, low, and behold, no water.
We have been hand watering for days in preparation for the lines to be installed. They were to be done this morning…
They determined the courts were still too dry and the lines cannot be done until the water issue is resolved.
We have a water tank truck coming on site until the pump and possibly well can be replaced.
All is in the works however we don’t have a time frame.
We are opening the clubhouse as scheduled and will keep you posted. As I am given updates; you will receive them.

Public Welcome!
We are open to the public. Enjoy time on our Har-Tru courts throughout the season, including clinics & lessons available to you.

Bethany Club Tennis schedules all clinics and lessons on an individual basis. This allows us to better accommodate individual members and guests by updating our sessions daily during the peak season.
