Bobby Hush is a well respected tennis pro. As a lecturer, teacher, tour player and sports facilities designer and developer he brings over 35 years of expertise in the tennis industry to Bethany Club Tennis and our surrounding area.

   Bobby has designed and managed some of the finest tennis facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region such as Sea Colony in Bethany Beach, DE (11 years) and the Michael R. Riordan Memorial Tennis Center (4 years) in Salisbury , MD. During his career, Bobby has had the opportunity and the overall responsibility to develop ten regional tennis facilities comprising some 81 tennis courts both indoor and outdoor, clay and hard courts, with an approximate membership totaling in the thousands.

   As Director of Tennis Operations and Head Teaching Professional, Bobby has conducted hundreds of private and group instructional programs over the years. He is known as an outstanding “teachers' teacher” and has been a guest professional at numerous high profile tennis resorts such as The Greenbrier in White Sulfer Springs, WV; The Homestead located in Hot Springs, VA; and La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, CA. His clinics have featured the likes of Jimmy Connors, Harold Solomon, Zan Gerry, Vic Seixas, Dennis Van der Meer, Vitas Gerulaitis, Fred Stolle, Stan Smith, Bob Lutz, Ilie Nastase, Ion Tiriac and others. Many of his students have gone on to achieve college scholarships, National and International rankings and careers as tennis professionals and teachers.
